Culinary Gardening Series Episode 3

Back in May, I uploaded Episode 1 and 2 of the Culinary Gardening Series produced in conjunction with Boulder Valley Media Alliance (Channel 22) and Eric Skokan, the owner of Black Cat Farm and Black Cat Farm Table Bistro.

Episode 3, as you will see, takes place in Eric's bistro kitchen where he talks us through preparing a bistro meal with produce from his farm.

Hi Louise!

We would love to have a link to our website, Real Time Farms, within your "Websites Worth Checking Out" section - we are passionate about bringing transparency to the food web - by creating information rich pages that anyone can add or edit to - with the hopes of continuously documenting what fresh, local food is available to people in their own communities.

What is Real Time Farms?
Real Time Farms is a national website that helps you understand where your food comes from. You can learn about farms and farmers in your area, and see where you can get their goods at farmers markets and locally sourced restaurants around you. Our mission is to engage, educate, and excite people about local, fresh food and bring transparency to the food web.

We hope you'll partner with us in this effort by adding a link from your website to ours!

Thank you for your time!

Best wishes,
Lindsay

A healthy eating plan for women of all ages is necessary because women have different nutritional and dietary needs than men.

Eric Skokan's did a great job on this lemon lamb with turnip vines. What I did is to saute the lamb with the lemon juice and followed the same procedure on this video. It turned nicely and I even found out that can put some parsley tulsi herbs or even parsley leaves too for presentation.
